Will started his volleyball career in 7th grade in Santa Cruz, Ca. He then continued to play high school volleyball where he became Varsity Captain three years in a row.
Later, Will pursued his education at the University of Montana, where he played club volleyball for two years as a Libero. Go Griz! Will graduated with a degree in Psychology.
After graduating, Will began coaching elite club volleyball for Fury Volleyball Club in Missoula, Montana.
Will is going on his fourth-year coaching at COAST and his sixth year overall as a head indoor volleyball coach.
Outside of coaching, Will works at Qualcomm. His hobbies include playing soccer, beach volleyball, tennis, and open water swimming.
