His analytical nature coupled with an innate drive for competency has shown him different parts of the world through a variety of roles; as a problem solver, critical thinker, technical trainer, coach, and even professional musician. Inherently driven to teach others at a young age: Justin’s core coaching philosophy is centered on the process of developing character skills in a sports based learning environment. He recognizes that each person prefers different learning styles and communicates differently, which has led him down a path of creating innovative training platforms that combine today’s technology with hand-picked skills and philosophies from around the world.
