COAST offers a variety of adult training and social league play opportunities at our three-court outdoor sand facility.

 

ADULT DROP-IN CLINIC

Learn different skills, techniques and drills to help your beach game.  We have lights so training runs year-round.

 

Please review the descriptions below to ensure you participate in the correct group. This is not a meetup play group as we run drills specifically for each skill level.  We will be strict on correct group placement to keep the flow and structure of the practices fun and challenging for everyone.

Coed Beginners Session:

This session is for adults who want to learn the basic skills of beach volleyball, play in some game like scenarios, meet new people, and have a lot of fun!

Coed Intermediate Session: 

This session is for adults who want to tune up their skills out on the sand, work on more advanced skills in drills, and play games. This is a great way to get your workout in, meet new people, and have fun along the way.

Tuesday Evenings 6:00pm-8:00pm

Wednesday Evenings 6:00pm-8:00pm

Thursday Mornings 7:30am-9:00am

Advanced Women's Session: 

This session is for adult women who are experienced volleyball players. We will work on more advanced skills, learning game tactics, and playing in game-like scenarios.

Friday Night Lights: 

This is our social night. A very fun night to have fun and meet new people. We play a fun workup format and all levels welcome.
