Originally from Boulder Colorado, Izze has years of both club and high school experience, competing at top-level clubs in the Rocky Mountain Region. Her senior year, Izze helped lead her high school to a 3rd place finish in 5A State and lead the league in digs. Izze continued her education at the University of Oregon where she received her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in sports business, as well as participating in the women’s club volleyball program. Izze hopes to pursue a master’s degree in either sports psychology or sports administration, in the belief that the mental aspect of sports is equally as important as the physical. This will be Izze’s 2nd year coaching at COAST, and she believes in the importance of applying lessons from volleyball both on and off the court. Outside of volleyball Izze enjoys spending time with her friends, going to F45, and taking her new puppy, Jax, on lots of adventures!
