This session is for ages 12-16 girls with 0-2 years of beach volleyball experience. We will be working on developing fundamental skills on the beach and playing game like drills.

Details

This training group consists of intermediate high school and advanced middle school athletes. These players train a high level, and many will eventually promote into the Elite Development Program.

The group will train 2 to 3 times per week for two hours on a set schedule to be determined weekly based on athlete availability. Instruction will address higher level skill and strategy development as well as video analysis.

This training will be led by COAST Sand Director, Bryce Mayer.
