Incoming 7th – 10th graders
These skill-specific sessions provide players the opportunity to gain technical instruction and feedback while racking up quality reps. Each session welcomes players to the gym twice a week with the following schedule:
Tuesday: Hitting/Blocking/Setting
Thursday: Passing/Defense/Serving
Sign up for as many sessions as your schedule allows and arrive a stronger player at club team tryouts in August.
Does your son want more time in the gym? The skill-specific sessions and Boys Summer Nights Indoor Training are perfect complements and provide players with 4 days a week in the gym.
