Playing Career
Colton Stone played Division I volleyball at Purdue Fort Wayne in the MIVA, where he competed against some of the top programs in the country. Today, he continues to compete in the Volleyball League of America (VLA) with both River City Flow and the San Diego Wave.
Coaching Career
Colton began his coaching career with C2 Attack Volleyball Club in Nashville before moving to San Francisco, where he coached at Bay to Bay Volleyball Club for three seasons. At Bay to Bay, his 16-2s team finished 3rd and his 14-2s team finished 1st in the Premier Division at AAUs. He also served as head coach of Berkeley High School, where the team went 21–4.
After relocating to San Diego, Colton coached the 14-2s for a local junior volleyball club during the 2024–2025 season.
Currently, Colton is an Assistant Coach with UC San Diego Women’s Volleyball, where he brings his collegiate playing experience and club coaching background into the NCAA Division I environment.
