Charley Yoeun
Born and raised in San Diego, Charley grew up playing basketball. He played from grade school through college. During his senior year of high school he was introduced to volleyball. Using some of his basketball skills, he learned quickly how to play volleyball and it became a sport he loved.
With over 10 years of coaching experience Charley found a passion for coaching volleyball. Volleyball has given him many opportunities and has brought him to where he is today. He enjoys teaching young inspired athletes and looks forward to seeing those athletes grow both on and off the court.
Charley strives to challenge himself to be a better coach each season. Whether it’s learning from his players or another coach he looks forward to this opportunity each year.
Aside from coaching, Charley is a P.E. Teacher and a Personal Trainer who specializes in Sports Performance training. His hobbies include playing basketball, working out, watching movies/shows, and cooking.
